Due to ongoing disruptions caused by the Corona virus, we continue to accommodate you so that you can make your travel plans even more flexible: for all 2022 reservations made on our website, no matter what rate you have reserved, a voucher credit (equivalent to the pre-paid amount or to the amount to be charged for cancellations penalty) will be offered if cancelling due to any travel restriction due to COVID-19:
• The voucher may be redeemed for future stays up to 31st December 2022.
• This special flexible policy also applies to non-refundable rates.

REASON FOR THE TRIP NO LONGER APPLIES:

clients who intend to modify their trip or not travel due to the suspension - imposed by the DPCM or other regulatory provisions - of activities or events provided for under the Tourist Package, which fall into the following categories: participation in fairs and congresses; participation in educational trips, exchange or twinning initiatives; guided tours and educational outings; participation in entertainment events, from culture to gambling; stay for visits to theme and amusement parks; stays in wellness and spas on the Italian territory, excluding spas considered to be a healthcare facility; stays for the use of facilities in ski areas.

Many countries require a negative COVID-19 test before boarding the departing flight or entering the home country. The Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria will work with each guest to ensure this requirement is met easily and conveniently during the stay and offers the opportunity to do an on-site viral antigen test with travel documentation. This service will be available at an extra charge of Euro 50.00.

Covid-19 Security, Privacy and ample spaces

The Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria is working to prepare for the summer season and implement the highest safety protocols to protect the health of its guests and staff, according to the guidelines shared by the World Health Organization and, with the advice of GBAC STAR, whose advice will be used to activate further hygiene and control measures that will allow you to spend a peaceful and carefree holiday in a safe environment, without excessive limitations that distort the spirit and tradition. GBAC is a division of ISSA, the world association of the cleaning industry, and is composed of leaders in the area of analysis and mitigation of microbial-pathogenic threats, designed specifically to deal with biological threats and real-time crises, such as the COVID-19 pandemic.

EMPLOYESS

The types of accommodation, each with its own personality, are able to meet the most demanding expectations of privacy: from the solutions characterized by large private terraces, which make each unit a sort of small holiday home on the Gulf of Naples.

RESTAURANTS

Almost all of them outdoors, wrapped in gardens or on fantastic terraces overlooking the sea, has been reorganized, maintaining the atmosphere that distinguishes them.

SPORT & LEISURE

Access to the Gym will be by reservation to allow use in complete safety. After the training session, our staff will carry out cleaning and disinfection to allow their use in perfect safety. It will be possible to organize lessons with the personal trainer, even outdoors. The playground and the outdoor areas will be, as usual, constantly cleaned and disinfected, so that you can share all the spaces in total safety.
